Job Description - Remote Contact Center Specialist


Job Description:


Eli Lilly is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time Associate Level position requires a motivated and resourceful individual with at least 3 years of experience in a contact center environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and have the ability to make decisions quickly and efficiently.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize company systems and databases to accurately document customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance metrics - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Adhere to all company guidelines and procedures


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure - Motivated and resourceful personality traits - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment - High school diploma or equivalent required
