Job Description - Remote Contact Center Specialist


Job Description:


Mondelēz International is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our dynamic team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time Associate Level position, this role requires 2 years of experience in the field.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a remote contact center environment - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely and professional manner - Utilize communication skills to effectively address customer concerns and build positive relationships - Assist with product information, orders, and general inquiries - Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance goals - Utilize strategic planning and leadership skills to contribute to the success of the contact center operations - Adapt to changing business needs and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment


Requirements: - Strong adaptability and a driven personality to excel in a remote work setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively - Familiarity with contact center software and customer service practices - Strategic planning skills and leadership qualities - Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred
