Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description: American Electric Power is looking for a part-time Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent - Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
