Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team at S&P Global in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. As an Associate Level specialist with at least 3 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution. 3. Maintaining accurate customer records and documentation. 4. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience. 5. Adhering to company policies and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Providing feedback to management on customer trends and concerns.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer focus. 3. Confidence and adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations. 4. Emotional intelligence to effectively manage customer interactions. 5. Strong analytical skills to identify root causes of customer issues. 6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. 7. Must be detail-oriented and organized. 8. Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
