Seaspan ULC is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This is a part-time, work-from-home position ideal for individuals who are resilient, passionate, and have a knack for problem-solving and creativity. As an Entry Level Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer concerns and provide satisfactory solutions - Document all customer interactions accurately in our database - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Embrace creativity in finding innovative solutions to customer problems

Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change - Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required - Must be resilient, passionate, and have strong problem-solving skills - Creativity and a positive attitude are essential
