Job Description - Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


WESCO International is currently seeking a Contact Center Specialist to work from home in Montreal, Quebec, CA. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. The ideal candidate will be resilient, passionate, innovative, and possess strong strategic planning skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to provide excellent customer service - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, returns, and other inquiries - Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs - Utilize company systems and tools to input and track customer information and interactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Proficient in using computer systems and software for data entry and customer support - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required - Must have a quiet and professional workspace at home with reliable internet connection - Resilient and passionate about providing exceptional customer service - Strong strategic planning skills and innovative thinking
