Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Host Hotels & Resorts is seeking a motivated and dedicated Contact Center Specialist to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. This position offers the flexibility of working from home on a part-time basis as an Associate Level employee. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Input customer data into the company's database accurately - Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional customer service - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and ensure customer satisfaction - Keep up-to-date with company products and services to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong planning and organization skills - Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required - Fluent in English and French
