Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Global Partners is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for candidates with at least 2 years of experience in customer service roles. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of energy and resourcefulness, as well as strong soft skills in negotiation and analysis.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person interactions - Resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Processing customer orders and ensuring accurate and timely delivery - Creating and maintaining customer accounts in our database - Assisting with customer retention and loyalty programs - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience - Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and preferences

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service roles - Energetic and resourceful personality traits - Strong negotiation and analysis skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
