Job Description:
L Brands is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Assistant in our Vancouver, British Columbia location. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, recommendations, and assistance with online orders - Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company guidelines - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing and organizing customer files - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and areas for improvement
Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail - Adaptability to changing customer needs and business priorities - Resourcefulness in finding solutions to customer inquiries and issues - Persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers and resolve conflicts - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - High school diploma or equivalent
