Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and motivated Customer Care Assistant to join our team at Citi Canada in Montreal, Quebec. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution in a professional and timely manner - Document all client interactions and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Collaborate with team members to optimize customer care processes and improve overall customer experience - Build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and partners to foster a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role is preferred - Reliable and motivated individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to adapt to different communication styles - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously
