Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Fifth Third Bancorp is seeking a dedicated and confident Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time employee at the Associate Level, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively - Providing information about our products and services to customers - Updating customer account information in the database - Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Confident and dedicated attitude towards customer care - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
