Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Dow Chemical is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions. 3. Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless processes. 5. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue. 6. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and provide feedback to improve services. 7. Stay updated on company products and services to effectively assist customers.

Requirements: 1. Confident and independent personality traits. 2. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed. 8. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
