Job Description:
Gap is seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Customer Care Assistant will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. With a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, emotional intelligence, and strong decision-making abilities.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and effectively - Provide product information, sizing, and styling advice to customers - Process orders, exchanges, and returns in an accurate and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain a clean and organized work environment - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Uphold company standards for customer service excellence
Requirements: - Minimum 4 years of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers - Proven decision-making skills in high-pressure situations - Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems - Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
