Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Eastman Chemical is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As a part-time Associate Level position, the Remote Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working remotely.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with order placement, product inquiries, and issue resolution - Communicate with various departments within the company to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Collaborate with the sales team to support customer retention and growth initiatives

Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to different customer personalities - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Proficient in decision-making and problem-solving skills - Experience in people management preferred - Must be adaptable to changing customer demands and company policies
