Job Description - Remote Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team at CIBC in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and a customer-centric approach - Assist clients with account inquiries, transactions, and general banking services - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide guidance on digital banking platforms - Collaborate with team members and internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on banking products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by management
