Job Description:
L'Oréal Canada is seeking a Remote Customer Care Assistant to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position is perfect for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service to all clients through phone, email, and chat support - Assist customers with product inquiries, order placements, and issue resolution - Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely resolution - Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Participate in training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills - Assist with other administrative tasks and projects as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or related field - Reliable and energetic personality traits - Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask - Strategic planning and time management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems - High school diploma or equivalent
