Job Description - Customer Care Assistant

Newell Brands is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team in Montreal, Quebec as a part-time Customer Care Assistant. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role who is resilient and hardworking.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide excellent customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, order status, returns, and other related issues. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and information in our database. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any escalated issues. 6. Practice creativity and decision-making skills to provide unique solutions to customer problems. 7. Meet and exceed customer service targets and goals set by the company.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Resilient and able to stay calm under pressure. 5. Hardworking and dedicated to providing the best possible service to customers. 6. Creativity and strong decision-making skills. 7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
