Job Description:
Scotiabank is currently seeking a Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Toronto, Ontario. This part-time position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and independent, with strong project management and leadership skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and account inquiries. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed to support the customer care team.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. 4 years of experience in customer service or a similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
