Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Goodyear Tire & Rubber is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Montreal, Quebec. This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will possess the personality traits of independence and hard work, as well as the soft skills of creativity and problem-solving.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Assist customers with order processing, returns, and exchanges. 4. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and concerns. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 2+ years of experience in customer service. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Reliable internet connection and home office setup.
