Job Description:
Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a Customer Care Assistant to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with no prior experience looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and issue resolution - Maintain customer records and update information as needed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet and exceed performance targets and goals set by the company
