Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


We are currently seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our team at Ameren in Toronto, Ontario, CA. As an Associate Level position, this is a part-time role ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Assist customers with inquiries and concerns through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding solutions to their problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely manner - Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and exceed KPIs


Requirements: - Passionate about customer service and helping others - Adaptable to changing situations and able to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues - Innovative mindset to develop creative solutions to customer problems - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
