Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

Apache is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Customer Care Associate to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Process orders and returns efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records and documentation - Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction - Monitor customer feedback and make recommendations for improvements - Provide product information and assist customers with product selection - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers - Proven project management skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Strong problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
