Job Description - Customer Care Associate

Job Description:


Telus is currently seeking a passionate and adaptable Customer Care Associate to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This position is part-time and at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing issues, technical support, and product information. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain customer records and update information accurately in the database. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Strive to meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to cooperate effectively with team members. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience. 4. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. 5. Must be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and adaptable to changing priorities.
