Customer Care Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a part-time Customer Care Associate to join our team at C.H. Robinson Worldwide in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are adaptable and resilient in the face of challenges. The ideal candidate will possess excellent teamwork and adaptability skills in order to thrive in our fast-paced and dynamic working environment.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively following up on requests. 2. Manage client accounts and maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless coordination of services for clients. 4. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives for continuous improvement. 5. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide top-notch service to clients. 6. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and expansion. 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Strong written and verbal communication skills. 3. Excellent organizational and time management skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry is a plus. 7. Must be adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment. 8. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team setting.
