Job Description:

WESCO International is currently seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Care Associate to work from home in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, possess strong project management skills, and thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities: - Manage customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Process orders and ensure on-time delivery to customers - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain customer records and update databases as needed - Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and service delivery
