Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Darden Restaurants is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. In this mid-to-senior level role, the Customer Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of customer care and ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for our valued guests. This part-time position requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer service management role.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience - Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvement initiatives as needed - Manage a team of customer care representatives and provide guidance and support - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions - Resolve escalated customer issues in a timely and efficient manner - Prepare reports and presentations to communicate customer care metrics and goals - Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in customer service


Requirements: - 8+ years of experience in customer service management - Driven and independent personality traits - Strong strategic planning and cooperation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred) - Experience working in the food service industry (preferred)
