Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Health Net is looking for a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our customer care team, ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and support.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer care team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and effective manner. 3. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve overall customer experience. 4. Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance. 5. Collaborate with other departments to gather feedback and insights from customers, driving continuous improvement in our products and services. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance our customer support processes. 7. Oversee the implementation of customer care software and tools to optimize team efficiency and effectiveness.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer care or customer service roles. 3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. 6. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 7. Innovative thinker with a knack for problem-solving. 8. Persuasive and able to influence others to achieve desired outcomes.
