Job Description:
WestRock is seeking a motivated Remote Customer Care Manager to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia, CA. This position is part-time and at a mid-to-senior level, requiring a minimum of 6 years of experience in customer care management. As a Remote Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of remote customer care representatives, ensuring that they deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. 3. Monitor key performance indicators, such as customer satisfaction ratings and call resolution times, to identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to address customer concerns and provide feedback for product or service improvements. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and professional development opportunities for team members. 6. Handle escalated customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. 7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer care management. 8. Participate in corporate social responsibility initiatives to give back to the community and promote a positive company image.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer care management. 2. Strong leadership and communication skills. 3. Ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 4. Demonstrated project management and problem-solving skills. 5. Hardworking and resourceful personality traits. 6. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
