Job Description - Remote Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


As a Remote Customer Care Manager at NCR, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer care operations for our clients in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. This part-time position requires a mid-to-senior level of experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a related role.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer care representatives, ensuring they provide excellent service to clients - Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Monitor performance of team members and provide feedback and coaching as needed - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer care


Requirements: - Previous experience in a customer care management role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work independently and remotely - Hardworking and driven personality - Strong negotiation skills - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
