Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


Ford Motor in Vancouver, British Columbia is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team at the Associate Level. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer service and possess the personality traits of being reliable and independent.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives to ensure excellent customer service - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions - Train and onboard new customer care team members - Monitor key performance indicators and report on team performance regularly


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and make data-driven decisions - Experience working with CRM systems and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred - Reliable transportation to commute to the office in Vancouver, British Columbia
