Job Description:
Fluor is seeking a part-time Customer Care Manager to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer service representatives and ensure they are providing exceptional service to all customers - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a prompt and professional manner - Analyze customer data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Conduct regular training sessions for the customer service team to enhance their skills and knowledge - Prepare and present reports on customer service performance to senior management
Requirements: - 5 years of experience in a customer service management role - Confident and passionate individual with strong communication skills - Emotional intelligence and analytical skills - Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
