Job Description - Customer Care Manager

Job Description:


We are looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team at TIAA in Toronto, Ontario. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and assistance. This is a part-time position at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Manage and lead the customer service team to deliver high-quality support to clients. 2. Develop and implement customer care strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Monitor customer care metrics and KPIs to track team performance and identify areas for improvement. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and mentor customer service representatives to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer service management role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Dedicated and motivated with a strong customer focus. 5. Strong time management and project management skills. 6. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
