Job Description - Customer Care Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


Health Net is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Toronto, Ontario. As a mid-to-senior level position, we are looking for an individual with at least 6 years of experience in customer care management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure exceptional customer service delivery. - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues, resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. - Conduct regular performance reviews and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for team members.


Requirements: - Resilient and confident personality traits to effectively lead and motivate a team. - Strong planning and leadership skills to drive team performance and achieve business objectives. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. - Proven experience in customer care management, with a track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention rates. - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
