Job Description:
Kinder Morgan is seeking a motivated and driven Customer Care Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working from home in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer care management, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving our customer care operations to ensure the highest level of satisfaction for our clients.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer care strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. - Manage a team of customer care representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure a high level of performance. - Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, resolving them in a timely and effective manner. - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Prepare and present reports on customer care metrics and KPIs to senior management.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - Proven experience in customer care management, with a minimum of 6 years in a similar role. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions. - Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and team members. - Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools. - Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline.
