Remote Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

CH2M Hill is currently seeking a Remote Customer Care Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This part-time position at the Associate level requires at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be dedicated and reliable, with strong soft skills in innovation and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure customer satisfaction 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers 6. Utilize customer feedback to suggest improvements to products and services 7. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer care

Requirements: 1. 2+ years of experience in customer service 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
