Customer Care Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Care Officer to join our team at Kroger in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, the Customer Care Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our valued customers.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently - Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers - Collaborating with other team members to ensure excellent customer experience - Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures - Handling customer transactions and payments accurately - Maintaining customer records and information in our database - Providing feedback to management on customer trends and issues

Requirements: - At least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team - Negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively - Resilient and able to handle stressful situations with professionalism - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service - High school diploma or equivalent required
