Job Description - Customer Care Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a reliable and energetic Customer Care Officer to join our team at Lear in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals looking to gain experience in customer service while making a positive impact in the community.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, orders, and returns - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify opportunities for improvement in customer care processes - Contribute to corporate social responsibility initiatives by supporting community outreach programs


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor - Ability to effectively manage relationships with customers and team members - Leadership skills to guide and support junior staff members - Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required
