Customer Care Officer - Work from home

Simon Property Group is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Customer Care Officer to join our team in Vancouver, British Columbia. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate level role, we require a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner. 2. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. 3. Provide product and service information to customers. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. 6. Collaborate with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 7. Stay up to date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with customers. 2. Proven track record of providing excellent customer service. 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. 4. High school diploma or equivalent. 5. Flexible and adaptable to changing situations. 6. Emotional intelligence and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism. 7. Must be passionate about helping others and resilient in challenging situations.
