Job Description - Remote Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Core-Mark Holding is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, complaints, and product information - Handle escalated customer issues and provide timely resolutions - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist in developing customer care strategies and initiatives - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and customer service software - Strategic planning and adaptability - Bilingual in English and French is a plus
