Remote Customer Care Representative

As a Remote Customer Care Representative at CST Brands, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients across various regions. This part-time position based in Montreal, Quebec, CA requires someone with at least 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges 4. Maintain knowledge of products and services offered by the company 5. Maintain accurate customer records in the company database 6.
