Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Spectra Energy is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative in Montreal, Quebec. As a part-time entry-level position, this role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and technical support. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experience. 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.


Requirements: 1. Adaptability: Ability to handle a variety of customer situations and adapt to changing needs. 2. Energetic: Enthusiastic and positive attitude towards helping customers. 3. Strategic Planning: Ability to think ahead and plan for long-term customer satisfaction. 4. Presentation Skills: Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers. 5. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
