Customer Care Representative

Union Pacific is seeking a reliable and adaptable Customer Care Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As a part-time entry-level position with one year of experience required, the ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients over the phone and through email correspondence - Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed - Conduct research to provide accurate and timely information to customers - Manage customer accounts and update information as necessary - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Work efficiently under pressure, multitasking and prioritizing tasks effectively

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Familiarity with customer service principles and practices - Prior experience in people management is a plus
