As a part-time position with entry-level seniority and a minimum of 1 year of experience, this role requires individuals who are resilient, hardworking, and dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and efficient manner 3. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services to provide accurate information to customers
