Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

eBay is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. We are looking for driven and independent individuals who possess strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer issues and escalations effectively and efficiently - Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers - Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work independently and in a team setting - Excellent decision-making skills and emotional intelligence - Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
