Job Description: Quanta Services is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec. As an entry-level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be confident, independent, and possess strong research and critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information, troubleshoot issues, and resolve customer complaints effectively - Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately in our system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers - Stay up to date on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required - Fluency in English and French is preferred
