Job Description - Customer Care Representative

Job Description:


Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) is seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Toronto, Ontario, CA. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are driven, resilient, and possess strong creativity and presentation skills. No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide all the necessary training.


Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Utilizing creativity and presentation skills to effectively communicate information about our products and services to customers. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assisting in generating sales leads and promoting company initiatives. 7. Keeping up to date with product knowledge and industry trends. 8. Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 6. Ability to work well independently and as part of a team. 7. Must be driven, resilient, creative, and have strong presentation skills. 8. Must be willing to travel occasionally for training and customer meetings.
