Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

Universal Health Services is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Representative to join our team in Montreal, Quebec, CA. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Address customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat - Provide personalized assistance and support to customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Requirements: - Hardworking and able to work independently - Excellent communication skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Minimum of 4 years of customer service experience - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - High school diploma or equivalent required
