Remote Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a Remote Customer Care Representative to join our team at Becton Dickinson in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, with a requirement of 3 years of experience in customer care or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Handling customer inquiries and providing them with accurate information - Resolving customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service - Working collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Utilizing various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat to interact with customers - Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identifying and escalating any issues or trends to management for further investigation - Continuously improving customer care processes and procedures

Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong customer service orientation - Ability to think innovatively and adapt to changes quickly - Excellent time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Fluency in English and French is preferred
