Customer Care Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Care Representative at Gap in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service over the phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges - Handle escalated customer concerns with empathy and understanding - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate customer records and follow up as needed - Stay up to date on Gap products and promotions

Requirements: - Hardworking and resilient attitude - Strong problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Analytical mindset - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM systems is a plus
