Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls in a professional manner - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting, and resolving any issues - Document all customer interactions accurately and efficiently - Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction - Utilize strategic planning to identify areas for improvement in customer care processes - Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals - Meet or exceed performance standards set by the company - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies and procedures - Maintain a positive attitude and demeanor while interacting with customers
Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Must be passionate and energetic about providing excellent customer care - Strong people management skills to effectively handle customer interactions - Ability to think strategically and plan for the future of customer care within the company - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in using computer systems and software for customer service purposes - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Must be detail-oriented and able to problem solve efficiently - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
